Located in the heart of Isla Vista we enjoy serving students, long-time community members, visitors, and anyone who graces our sticker studded door step. We pride ourselves on the fast, reliable service we provide as well as our essential place in the community. We are here not only to enable bicycle riders, but also to help out our local community and its members whenever we can.

Owner, Kit Delmarsh, has lived in Isla Vista since the 1960's and has been a fixture of the community for decades. After graduating from UCSB, Kit decided to fully engage in his passion for building, fixing, selling, and, most importantly, riding bicycles. What started as a small bike repair stand has turned into the beloved Isla Vista Bicycle Boutique that graces the corner of Pardall and Embarcadero del Mar today. Along with the business, Kit has raised his children in the Isla Vista community, teaching them the importance of supporting local businesses, staying health and active, and caring for the community you live in by being thoughtful about what you use, buy and dispose of. Our crew are part of the family, as well, many of them working at the bike shop for over a decade. It is their talents, hard work, and craftsmanship that keep the Isla Vista community rolling. Many who once lived in Isla Vista come back to visit the bike shop often. They reminisce on their first bike purchase or say hello to their go-to repair crew during their time in our community. We are honored to be a cornerstone of life in Isla Vista and look forward to serving the next generation of riders.
